Located in North Quad, Spanton is a 10-floor co-ed building and accommodates 210 students with a Resident Assistant on every floor for supervision and guidance. On each floor, there are four suite-style rooms with two bedrooms and a shared living room AND three double-occupancy rooms. There are secured community bathrooms on the corridor. There are two students in each bedroom. Two passenger elevators are available for residents' use.
