Biography
Daniel Coffey is an Associate Professor of Political Science at the University of Akron. His research is in the field of computational social science, focusing on political psychology and quantitative text analysis. He has published articles in State Politics and Policy Quarterly, PS: Political Science & Politics and the American Behavioral Scientist. He is the author of Buckeye Battleground and is the co-editor (with John Green) of multiple editions of The State of the Parties. He blogs about state party platforms at:
